6th Grade Science
Students will learn using 3 science units this year. In our Ecology and Environment unit, we will explore different ecosystems and how the organisms interact within them. During our Human Body unit, we will learn about the following body systems: skeletal, muscular, circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory, nervous and endocrine systems. Finally in our Matter and Energy unit, we will study how matter undergoes physical and chemical changes. In addition, we will explore the periodic table and atomic theory.
